內(nèi)蒙古大學(xué)位于內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)首府、歷史文化名城呼和浩特市，距北京乘坐高鐵兩個(gè)小時(shí)即可到達(dá)。學(xué)校成立于1957年，是中華人民共和國成立后在少數(shù)民族地區(qū)創(chuàng)辦的第一所綜合大學(xué)，時(shí)任國務(wù)院副總理、自治區(qū)主席烏蘭夫任首任校長。學(xué)校于1962年招收研究生，1978年被確定為全國重點(diǎn)大學(xué)，1984年獲博士學(xué)位授予權(quán)，1997年被批準(zhǔn)為國家“211工程”重點(diǎn)建設(shè)院校，2012年入選國家“中西部高校提升綜合實(shí)力計(jì)劃”高校（“一省一?！保?，2017年入選國家一流學(xué)科建設(shè)高校，2018年成為教育部和內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)人民政府合建高校，2022年入選國家第二輪“雙一流”建設(shè)高校。

二、招聘條件及基本待遇

（一）“駿馬計(jì)劃”人選招聘條件及基本待遇
“駿馬計(jì)劃”設(shè)A類（A1、A2、A3）崗位和B類（B1、B2）崗位，A 類崗位面向海內(nèi)外高端人才，B類崗位面向海內(nèi)外青年優(yōu)秀拔尖人才。
1. A1崗
招聘條件：中國科學(xué)院院士、中國工程院院士、人文社科領(lǐng)域的一級(jí)教授，年齡一般不超過65周歲。
基本待遇：聘任期間享受稅前年薪260萬元，住房補(bǔ)貼面議，所屬團(tuán)隊(duì)的科研和實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)經(jīng)費(fèi)不低于1億元。聘期內(nèi)保證博士生招生和博士后指標(biāo)。兼職實(shí)行“一事一議”。
2. A2崗
招聘條件：“長江學(xué)者獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)計(jì)劃”特聘教授、國家杰出青年基金獲得者、“國家特支計(jì)劃”領(lǐng)軍人才、國家三大獎(jiǎng)中二等獎(jiǎng)的第一完成人、海外一流大學(xué)或科研機(jī)構(gòu)的教授，年齡一般不超過55周歲。
基本待遇：聘任期間享受稅前年薪100—130萬元，住房補(bǔ)貼200萬元?？蒲袉?dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)方面，實(shí)驗(yàn)類理工科900萬元左右，非實(shí)驗(yàn)類理工科、人文社科類300萬元左右。聘期內(nèi)保證博士生招生和博士后指標(biāo)。
3. A3崗
招聘條件：國家級(jí)青年人才或具有3—5年內(nèi)成長為國家級(jí)青年人才潛質(zhì)的優(yōu)秀拔尖人才。理工類入選年齡一般不超過45周歲，人文社科類入選年齡一般不超過50周歲。
基本待遇：聘任期間享受稅前年薪80萬元，住房補(bǔ)貼130萬元。科研啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)方面，實(shí)驗(yàn)類理工科420萬元，非實(shí)驗(yàn)類理工科、人文社科類140萬元。 聘期內(nèi)保證博士生招生和博士后指標(biāo)。
4. B1崗
招聘條件：具有海內(nèi)外知名高?；蚩蒲性核牟┦?、博士后經(jīng)歷。在頂級(jí)學(xué)術(shù)期刊(理工類)或中國社會(huì)科學(xué)院AMI頂級(jí)/權(quán)威學(xué)術(shù)期刊(人文社科類)上發(fā)表系列研究成果，具有承擔(dān)國家級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目經(jīng)歷或具備承擔(dān)國家級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目能力，具有成長為國家級(jí)青年人才的發(fā)展?jié)撡|(zhì)。理工類入選年齡一般不超過40周歲，人文社科類入選年齡一般不超過45周歲。
基本待遇：聘任期間享受稅前年薪40萬元，住房補(bǔ)貼110萬元。科研啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)方面，實(shí)驗(yàn)類理工科220萬元，非實(shí)驗(yàn)類理工科、人文社科類70萬元。聘期內(nèi)保證博士生招生和博士后指標(biāo)。
5. B2崗
招聘條件：具有海內(nèi)外知名高校或科研院所的博士、博士后經(jīng)歷。在頂級(jí)學(xué)術(shù)期刊(理工類)或中國社會(huì)科學(xué)院AMI頂級(jí)/權(quán)威學(xué)術(shù)期刊(人文社科類)上發(fā)表研究成果，具備承擔(dān)國家級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目能力，具有成長為國家級(jí)青年人才的發(fā)展?jié)撡|(zhì)。理工類入選年齡一般不超過35周歲，人文社科類入選年齡一般不超過40周歲。
基本待遇：聘任期間享受稅前年薪30萬元，住房補(bǔ)貼110萬元。科研啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)方面，實(shí)驗(yàn)類理工科120萬元，非實(shí)驗(yàn)類理工科、人文社科類60萬元。
對(duì)于上述A類、B類崗位引進(jìn)人才，配偶需要就業(yè)、子女需要就讀中小學(xué)和幼兒園的，按照《內(nèi)蒙古自治區(qū)人才引進(jìn)和流動(dòng)實(shí)施辦法》有關(guān)規(guī)定，由學(xué)校負(fù)責(zé)妥善解決。
（二）青年學(xué)術(shù)人才招聘條件及基本待遇
根據(jù)青年學(xué)術(shù)人才的科研水平和學(xué)術(shù)潛力，分為青年A類人才和青年B類人才，均為教學(xué)科研崗位。
1. A類
招聘條件：（1）具有良好教育背景，在國內(nèi)外知名大學(xué)或科研機(jī)構(gòu)獲得博士學(xué)位，具有博士后經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先，具備成長為國家級(jí)青年人才的潛質(zhì)。年齡不超過35歲。（2）具有把握學(xué)術(shù)前沿領(lǐng)域的能力，已經(jīng)開展前瞻性研究工作，在本學(xué)科領(lǐng)域已取得優(yōu)異成績，攻讀博士學(xué)位或博士后期間在本一級(jí)學(xué)科，以第一作者署名發(fā)表過高水平學(xué)術(shù)論文3篇以上，其中至少1篇為本學(xué)科頂級(jí)期刊論文，或AMI權(quán)威及以上期刊論文（在讀期間導(dǎo)師為第一作者、本人為第二作者的視同本人第一作者），對(duì)未來科研工作具有獨(dú)創(chuàng)性構(gòu)想，具備承擔(dān)國家科研任務(wù)、做出高水平創(chuàng)新性成果的能力和水平。（3）熱愛高等教育工作，具有主講本科生與研究生課程的能力。
基本待遇：（1）提供科研立項(xiàng)啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)。實(shí)驗(yàn)類學(xué)科 35 萬元、非實(shí)驗(yàn)類學(xué)科 25 萬元。入職時(shí)一次性提供住房補(bǔ)貼 50 萬元（稅前）。除享受學(xué)校按照國家有關(guān)規(guī)定提供的工資、保險(xiǎn)、福利待遇以及學(xué)校各類津貼之外，入職兩年內(nèi)額外享受保障性績效工資。（2）鼓勵(lì)學(xué)院對(duì)引進(jìn)的優(yōu)秀人才，在學(xué)校提供的待遇基礎(chǔ)上給與額外補(bǔ)貼。
2.B類
招聘條件：（1）具有良好教育背景，在國內(nèi)外知名大學(xué)或科研機(jī)構(gòu)獲得博士學(xué)位，或具有博士后經(jīng)歷，具備成長為優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)人才的潛質(zhì)。年齡原則上在35歲以下；特別優(yōu)秀或人才緊缺的學(xué)科領(lǐng)域年齡可放寬至38周歲（含）。（2）能夠掌握學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域的最新動(dòng)態(tài)，學(xué)術(shù)上嶄露頭角，在本學(xué)科領(lǐng)域已取得優(yōu)異的學(xué)術(shù)成果（攻讀博士學(xué)位或博士后期間在本一級(jí)學(xué)科，以第一作者署名發(fā)表過高水平學(xué)術(shù)論文2篇以上，或相當(dāng)水平的其它科研或服務(wù)成果），對(duì)未來科研工作具有創(chuàng)新性構(gòu)想，具備承擔(dān)國家科研任務(wù)、做出高水平創(chuàng)新性成果的能力和水平。（3）熱愛高等教育工作，具有主講本科生與研究生課程的能力。
基本待遇：（1）提供科研立項(xiàng)啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)。實(shí)驗(yàn)類學(xué)科 25 萬元、非實(shí)驗(yàn)類學(xué)科 15 萬元。入職時(shí)一次性提供住房補(bǔ)貼 30 萬元（稅前）。除享受學(xué)校按照國家有關(guān)規(guī)定提供的工資、保險(xiǎn)、福利待遇以及學(xué)校各類津貼之外，入職兩年內(nèi)額外享受保障性績效工資。（2）鼓勵(lì)學(xué)院對(duì)引進(jìn)的優(yōu)秀人才，在學(xué)校提供的待遇基礎(chǔ)上給與額外補(bǔ)貼。

As the first comprehensive university in China’s ethnic minority regions after the founding of the People’s Republic of China, IMU was established in 1957 with Mr. Ulanhu, the then-Vice-Premier of the State Council and the Governor of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, as the first President. IMU was approved to enroll postgraduate students in 1962, designated as a key university in China in 1978, authorized to confer doctoral degrees in 1984, included into Project 211 for the building of key universities in 1997, incorporated into the state program for building one high-level university in each of the provinces in the Mid-western Region in 2012, selected as one of the universities in China for First-Class Discipline Construction Initiative in 2017, selected for co-sponsorship by the Ministry of Education and the People’s Government of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2018, and chosen for the second round of the State’s Double First-Class Program in 2022.
IMU has been building the team of its teaching staff as the first resource by comprehensively cultivating and facilitating the implementation of the strategies of high-level talent development and introducing talents and giving full play to their potentials. In the fourteenth Five-Year Plan, IMU is committed to investing more resources, providing more policy support and further implementing the Steed Plan and the Plan for Introducing Young Academic Talents to offer over 700 full-time positions for academic leaders and young academic talents from home and abroad with first-class academic environment, welfare and career platform furnished.

2.?Qualification and Benefits

Eligibility requirements: Academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and distinguished professors in the field of humanities and social sciences. The age is generally under 65.
Basic remunerations: During the employment period at IMU, the pre-tax annual salary reaches 2.6 million RMB, the housing allowance is negotiable,?and the?scientific research and laboratory construction funds of the affiliated team are not less?than 100 million RMB. We ensure the enrollment of doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers during the employment period. Part-time arrangements are subject to discussion over each matter.
Post A2 positions
Eligibility requirements: Specially-appointed professors of the Changjiang Scholars Program, winners of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, leading talents of the National Special Support Program, the first winner of the second prize?in?three national awards, and professors of the first-class overseas universities or?scientific research institutes. The age is generally under 55.

Basic remunerations: During the employment?period, the pre-tax annual salary reaches 0.8 million RMB and housing allowance?is?1.3 million RMB. Research start-up funds include approximately 4.2 million RMB for experimental sciences and engineering, along with 1.4 million RMB for non-experimental sciences and engineering and humanities and social sciences. Eligibility requirements: Scholars with doctoral degrees or post-doctoral backgrounds from well-known domestic or international universities or research institutes, who have published a series of research findings in top academic journals (for science and engineering) or AMI top/authoritative academic journals of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (for humanities and social sciences), and who have participated in national-level research projects or who have the ability to?undertake national research projects with the potential to grow into national-level?young talents. For talents?in?sciences and engineering, the age is generally under 40; and for talents?in?humanities and social sciences, the age is generally under 45.
Basic remunerations: During the employment?period, the pre-tax annual salary reaches 0.4 million RMB, and housing allowance?is?1.1 million RMB. Research start-up funds include approximately 2.2 million RMB for experimental sciences and engineering, along with 0.7 million RMB for non-experimental sciences and engineering and humanities and social sciences.?We ensure the enrollment of doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers during the employment period.
Post B2 positions
Eligibility requirements: Scholars with doctoral degrees or post-doctoral backgrounds from well-known domestic or international universities or research institutes, who have publications in top academic journals (for science and?engineering) or AMI top/authoritative academic journals of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (for humanities and social sciences), with the ability to undertake?national-level research projects and the potential to become national-level young talents. For talents?in?science and engineering, the age is generally under 35; and for?talents?in?humanities and social sciences, the age is generally under 40.
Basic remunerations: The pre-tax annual salary reaches 0.3 million RMB, and the housing allowance?is?1.1 million RMB. Research start-up funds include approximately 1.2 million RMB for experimental science and engineering, along with 0.6 million RMB for non-experimental science and engineering and humanities and social sciences.
For the talents recruited for the above Post A and B positions, if the spouse needs to find employment, and the children need to study in kindergartens or primary and secondary schools, IMU will be responsible for the proper settlement of the relevant issues according to the relevant provisions of Measures for the Introduction and Flow of Talents in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
2.2 Qualifications and benefits for young academic talents
Based on the research level and academic potential of young academic talents, they are divided into young post A talents and young post B talents.?Both are teaching and research positions.
Post A positions
Qualifications: (1)?Scholars with outstanding educational?background, doctoral degrees conferred by renowned universities or scientific research institutes in China or abroad, and candidates with postdoctoral experience are preferred.?Potentials for becoming nation-level academic talents, aged no older than 35 (inclusive).?(2) Scholars with?the?ability to grasp the cutting-edge academic fields, conduct forward-looking research, and achieve outstanding results in the field of study, having published at least 3 high-level academic papers as the?lead?author while pursuing a doctoral degree or postdoctoral fellowship in the same discipline, with at least 1 of them being published in a top-tier journal of the discipline, or in AMI authoritative or above journals (publications where the supervisor is the lead?author and oneself is the second author are considered the same as being the lead author). They should have original ideas for future research work and possess the ability to undertake national scientific research tasks and produce high-level innovative results. (3) Scholars with enthusiasm in higher education and capacity to teach undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Basic benefits: (1) Start-up research funds of 0.35 million RMB for experiment-based disciplines and 0.25 million RMB for non-experiment-based disciplines; housing allowance of 0.5 million RMB (pre-tax). 3.1 Procedures

3.1.2?Based on preliminary review of the applicants’ materials, the specific colleges concerned will determine the list of applicants to enter the scope of the examination, and will examine and evaluate the applicants by means of interviews, academic defense, and course trial lectures. The ideological and political quality and?study style (teacher’s ethics) of the applicants shall be inspected by means of archive examining, correspondence survey, interviewing, visits, etc. before the list of applicants to be employed and posts to be assigned is decided.
