Seeking highly motivated individuals with a recent doctoral degree to work on an NCI-funded project on colon tumorigenesis. The objective of the lab is to elucidate the molecular mechanisms of de-differentiation during tumorigenesis using mouse models. The candidate should be well-versed with standard molecular biology techniques, and be willing to handle mice and learn the pertinent in vivo and ex vivo techniques. Expertise in Bioinformatics analysis is desirable.
