一、中心簡(jiǎn)介

首都醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心(簡(jiǎn)稱創(chuàng)新中心)是北京市新成立的具有獨(dú)立法人資格的新型研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)。創(chuàng)新中心以推動(dòng)醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)發(fā)展、改善人類健康為目標(biāo),開(kāi)展生物醫(yī)學(xué)研究,致力于提升醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新與成果轉(zhuǎn)化能力,提高疾病診斷和治療水平。我們將匯聚世界高水平科學(xué)家,與首都醫(yī)學(xué)教育和科學(xué)研究?jī)?yōu)質(zhì)資源緊密合作,打造多學(xué)科交叉融合的科研平臺(tái),綜合自由探索、醫(yī)學(xué)目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向、有組織科研等途徑,實(shí)踐新型科研模式和體制機(jī)制,逐步推進(jìn)醫(yī)教研產(chǎn)的深度融合,培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的優(yōu)秀人才。

二、實(shí)驗(yàn)室介紹

冷方偉研究員本科畢業(yè)于四川大學(xué)吳玉章學(xué)院,在中科院生物物理研究所獲得博士學(xué)位后加入哈佛醫(yī)學(xué)院/HHMI Sun Hur實(shí)驗(yàn)室擔(dān)任博士后/講師,將于2025年5月加入首都醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心創(chuàng)建獨(dú)立實(shí)驗(yàn)室,圍繞蛋白質(zhì)互作、染色質(zhì)三維結(jié)構(gòu)及表觀遺傳修飾等方面系統(tǒng)研究調(diào)節(jié)性T細(xì)胞(Treg)的工作機(jī)制,并設(shè)計(jì)靶向關(guān)鍵蛋白如FoxP3的小分子,多肽藥物和納米抗體以調(diào)控調(diào)節(jié)性T細(xì)胞功能,開(kāi)發(fā)自身免疫疾病和腫瘤治療策略。

1.調(diào)節(jié)性T細(xì)胞在免疫穩(wěn)態(tài)與疾病發(fā)生中的機(jī)制研究;

2.靶向調(diào)節(jié)性T細(xì)胞功能的藥物開(kāi)發(fā);

3.探索微衛(wèi)星DNA的生物學(xué)功能及其潛在的臨床相關(guān)性。

01主要成果與貢獻(xiàn)

1.揭示了FoxP3兩種二聚化狀態(tài)對(duì)調(diào)節(jié)性T細(xì)胞功能的影響(Immunity,2022,封面文章);

2.發(fā)現(xiàn)FoxP3識(shí)別并橋接TnG微衛(wèi)星DNA以促進(jìn)增強(qiáng)子-啟動(dòng)子環(huán)化(Nature,2023);

3.發(fā)現(xiàn)FoxP3通過(guò)不同多聚體結(jié)構(gòu)識(shí)別多種微衛(wèi)星DNA以重塑染色質(zhì)三維結(jié)構(gòu) (Molecular Cell,2025)。

01博士后

1)崗位職責(zé)

1.獨(dú)立開(kāi)展課題研究項(xiàng)目;

2.協(xié)助PI指導(dǎo)研究生, 撰寫論文及基金申請(qǐng)。

2)任職要求

1.具有免疫學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、生物化學(xué)或其他生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域研究背景,即將或已經(jīng)獲得博士學(xué)位(原則上不超過(guò)3年);

2.以第一作者身份在領(lǐng)域內(nèi)主流期刊上發(fā)表過(guò)或即將發(fā)表研究論文,能夠獨(dú)立開(kāi)展研究工作,具有科研熱情和嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)目蒲袘B(tài)度;

3.有免疫學(xué)、基因組學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)等研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;

4.精通英語(yǔ)閱讀、寫作和日常溝通,能夠使用英語(yǔ)撰寫論文。

02科研助理

1)崗位職責(zé)

1.獨(dú)立或協(xié)助團(tuán)隊(duì)開(kāi)展研究工作;

2.管理和維護(hù)實(shí)驗(yàn)室日常工作和行政事務(wù)。

2)任職要求

1.具有化學(xué)、藥學(xué)、生物學(xué)、基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)的本科及以上學(xué)位;

2.掌握常規(guī)分子克隆、生物化學(xué)、細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)的操作及原理,有實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究工作經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先;

3.有較強(qiáng)的主觀能動(dòng)性,具備良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作能力;

4.具備良好的英語(yǔ)讀寫和日常交流能力,能夠使用英文撰寫論文。

Laboratory Introduction

The Leng Laboratory at CIMR investigates the molecular mechanisms by which FoxP3 regulates the gene network of regulatory T cells (Tregs).Our research explores multiple perspectives, including the protein interactome, three-dimensional chromatin architecture, and epigenetic modifications.Our long-term goal is to develop drugs targeting FoxP3 to modulate Treg activity, providing potential therapeutic strategies for both autoimmune diseases and cancer.

Major Research Projects

a.Exploring the molecular mechanisms of FoxP3 in regulating the gene expression in Tregs.

b.Developing small molecules, Peptides and Nanobodies to Modulate FoxP3 Function.

c.Exploring the role of microsatellites in gene regulation and genetic disorders.

Major Contributions

a.Uncovering the critical role of FoxP3 head-to-head dimerization in Treg function (Immunity, 2022).

b.Discovering that FoxP3 recognizes and multimerizes on TnG repeat microsatellites, revealing a novel DNA-bridging mechanism (Nature, 2023).

c.Revealing the role of versatile FoxP3 ensembles in three-dimensional genomic architecture (Molecular Cell, 2025).

Postdoctoral Researcher

Main Responsibilities

a.Conducting research projects independently.

b.Assisting PI to mentor graduate students, write grant proposals and manuscripts.

Qualifications

a.Backgrounds in biology or biomedical fields.Either about to obtain a Ph.D.or recently obtained a Ph.D.degree (ideally within the last 3 years).

b.Published or about to publish research papers as the first author in reputable journals in the field.With motivation and ability to independently carry out research projects.

c.Research experience in immunology, Genomics and Bioinformatics is appreciated and favored.

d.Proficient in English reading, writing, and daily communication.Capable of writing papers in English.

Research Assistant

Main Responsibilities

a.Conducting research projects independently or in collaboration with other lab members.

b.Getting involved in lab data analysis and management.

Qualifications

a.A B.S or higher degree in biology, basic medical science and other relevant majors is required.

b.Research experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, cell biology is preferred.

c.Self-motivated researcher with good communication skill and teamwork ability.

d.Proficient in English reading, writing, and daily communication.
