清華大學(xué)前身清華學(xué)堂始建于1911年，是中國(guó)最具盛名的大學(xué)之一。清華大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院成立于1984年，朱镕基擔(dān)任首任院長(zhǎng)。經(jīng)歷了40載的薪火相傳，清華經(jīng)管學(xué)院在人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究、社會(huì)服務(wù)、文化傳承創(chuàng)新和國(guó)際交流合作方面取得了顯著的成果，是內(nèi)地率先獲得AACSB和EQUIS兩大全球管理教育頂級(jí)認(rèn)證，國(guó)內(nèi)首屈一指的經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院。清華經(jīng)管學(xué)院設(shè)有本科、碩士（含MBA和EMBA）及博士學(xué)位項(xiàng)目，在學(xué)學(xué)生近6000人。學(xué)院擁有強(qiáng)大的師資陣容，全職教師約150人。

Originally under the name “Tsinghua Xuetang”, Tsinghua University was founded in 1911 and is one of the most prestigious universities in China. Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management (Tsinghua SEM) was established in 1984, with Mr. ZHU Rongji as the founding dean. After 40 years of development, Tsinghua SEM has achieved remarkable results in talent cultivation, scientific research, social services, cultural heritage innovation and international exchanges and cooperation. It has taken the lead in obtaining the top two certifications of global management education (AACSB and EQUIS) and becomes a leading economics and management school in China. The school has about 6000 students in the undergraduate, doctoral, master’s, MBA and EMBA programs. Tsinghua SEM has a strong faculty team with about 150 full-time faculty members.

03任職要求Qualifications

1）申請(qǐng)者應(yīng)擁有相應(yīng)博士學(xué)位，具備良好學(xué)術(shù)訓(xùn)練和國(guó)際交流能力；

1）Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree, good academic training and excellent international communication skills;

2）應(yīng)聘助理教授崗位者，須具備突出學(xué)術(shù)潛力；

2）Applicants for the position of assistant professor should have outstanding academic potential;

3）應(yīng)聘準(zhǔn)聘副教授以上崗位，須具有高�；蚩蒲袡C(jī)構(gòu)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

04工作和生活待遇 Compensation and Benefits

Start-up funding: We will provide sufficient start-up funds according to position ranks;

Housing: We assist in solving housing problems and provide rental apartments. Faculty have the chance to purchase Tsinghua welfare-oriented public housing if meet relevant requirements.

4、子女入學(xué)：可安排學(xué)齡前及義務(wù)教育階段子女就讀清華大學(xué)附屬幼兒園和附屬學(xué)校；

Children’s education: Faculty’s children at preschool and compulsory education age can be arranged to attend the affiliated kindergartens, primary and junior middle schools of Tsinghua University.

5、獨(dú)立辦公空間、醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)、央保等其它福利待遇。

Independent office space, medicare, social insurance and other benefits.
