清華大學前身清華學堂始建于1911年,是中國最具盛名的大學之一。清華大學經(jīng)濟管理學院成立于1984年,朱镕基擔任首任院長。在經(jīng)歷了40載的薪火相傳,清華經(jīng)管學院在人才培養(yǎng)、科學研究、社會服務、文化傳承創(chuàng)新和國際交流合作方面取得了顯著的成果,率先獲得AACSB和EQUIS兩大全球管理教育頂級認證,成為國內(nèi)首屈一指的經(jīng)濟管理學院。清華經(jīng)管學院設有本科、碩士(含MBA和EMBA)及博士學位項目,在學學生近6000人。學院擁有強大的師資陣容,全職教師約150人。

為進一步完善學院學科和人才布局,加強對中國經(jīng)濟管理理論與實踐的系統(tǒng)研究,加大優(yōu)秀青年人才的引進和培養(yǎng)力度,在學校政策的支持下,清華大學經(jīng)濟管理學院正式啟動“中國經(jīng)濟管理青年學者計劃”。該計劃將部分博士后研究人員納入科研團隊建設,加強其研究和教學能力培養(yǎng),為其將來從事高等學校教職做準備。這項人事管理制度是青年人才培養(yǎng)、未來師資儲備與博士后培養(yǎng)制度的有機結(jié)合。按照高水平學術(shù)標準遴選,錄取后的青年學者按照博士后研究人員辦理入職手續(xù),享受學院對青年教師的全方位資源支撐和專門的職業(yè)培養(yǎng)路徑。
In order to strengthen the research on Chinese economy and management and further build up its world-class faculty, Tsinghua SEM officially launched the "Chinese Economy and Management Young Scholars Program" with the support of Tsinghua University. The program will enroll postdoctoral researchers in the construction of scientific research team, strengthen their research and teaching abilities, and establish a human resource management system that prepares them for teaching in colleges and universities in the future. It is a combination of young talent training, future faculty reserve and post-doctoral training system. Candidates will be selected according to high-level academic standards. Selected young scholars will receive comprehensive support from the school in resources and career development opportunities as junior faculty members.

國(境)內(nèi)外高水平大學或科研機構(gòu)的優(yōu)秀博士畢業(yè)生,身心健康,年齡一般在 35 周歲以下,獲得博士學位一般不超過三年。
A PhD degree from high-level domestic or overseas universities or research institutions within the last three years, under 35 years old, in good physical and mental health.
博士期間專業(yè)為經(jīng)濟學、管理學、統(tǒng)計學、計算機或數(shù)據(jù)科學等相關(guān)學科優(yōu)先考慮,在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域有一定可見度的學術(shù)成果積累,按照高水平學術(shù)標準遴選。具有熟練采用中英文寫作學術(shù)論文和政策報告的能力,具備較強的學術(shù)研究和政策研究潛力。
A PhD degree in economics, management, statistics, computer or data science is preferred, and candidates should have accumulated academic achievements with certain visibility in related fields. The selection will be conducted according to high-level academic standards. Proficiency in writing academic papers and policy reports in both Chinese and English, and strong academic and policy research potential are required.

04工作職責和管理
Responsibilities and Supports
入選后工作職責以科學研究為主,并適當承擔教學輔助任務。完成學校和學院規(guī)定的新教師崗前培訓和考核任務,申請并取得開課資格后,可以考慮單獨承擔教學任務。

須全職在清華大學工作,在站期間一般為三年。視個人業(yè)績和工作需要,由本人申請,并通過學院評定,工作年限可以適當延長,延期不超過三年。
