Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Organize, deliver and enhance comprehensive and well-structured career planning and development programs and events to the SME’s UG students for helping them get placed with quality after graduation;
2. Provide career coaching and consulting in graduate study or job search to SME UG with updated knowledge and info; organize and deliver training workshops in preparing UG well in the market;
3. Update the career system and data report for enriching the content of both internal and external, online and offline materials for guiding SME UG;
4. To work with a highly dedicated CDC team to perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Above Bachelor Degree with 5 years’ solid work experience relevant in career planning and development; be updated and knowledgeable in graduate school and job application is a must; certified Career Facilitator will be a plus;
2. Exceptional interpersonal skills and coaching skills, with the ability to frequently interact with students and external parties effectively;
3. Be passionate in education industry, patient, positive and resourceful during the coaching. Possesses strong organizational and project management skills in career activity organization;
4. A good team player with responsive attitude and self-motivated, be able to independently manage and complete multiple tasks within specified time frame; and always strive for improvement;
5. An excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
