一、學(xué)校簡(jiǎn)介
溫州肯恩大學(xué)是浙江省和美國(guó)新澤西州友好省州合作項(xiàng)目,是一所具有獨(dú)立法人資格的中美合作大學(xué)。
學(xué)校目前在校生約2800人,五屆畢業(yè)生約1600人,46%入學(xué)QS排名前50名的世界名校;中外教職員工約340名,其中俄羅斯工程院外籍院士1人,省“西湖友誼獎(jiǎng)”獲得者1人,外籍專(zhuān)任教師約140名,大部分具有國(guó)際教學(xué)背景和博士學(xué)位。校園規(guī)劃用地3000畝,設(shè)有商務(wù)與公共管理學(xué)院、建筑與設(shè)計(jì)學(xué)院、人文學(xué)院和理工學(xué)院四個(gè)學(xué)院,已開(kāi)設(shè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、理學(xué)、工學(xué)、文學(xué)、管理學(xué)和藝術(shù)學(xué)六個(gè)學(xué)科門(mén)類(lèi)18個(gè)本科專(zhuān)業(yè)、5個(gè)碩士專(zhuān)業(yè)以及1個(gè)博士專(zhuān)業(yè),并將陸續(xù)開(kāi)設(shè)3個(gè)碩士專(zhuān)業(yè)和2個(gè)博士專(zhuān)業(yè)。
二、招聘對(duì)象與條件
“創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)人才”指的是通過(guò)全職聘用或柔性引進(jìn)后,主要從事科研創(chuàng)新,帶動(dòng)學(xué)科發(fā)展,提升學(xué)校聲譽(yù)的高層次人才,本次招聘以下7個(gè)學(xué)科方向的人才:心理學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)、生物學(xué)、化學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)、建筑學(xué)以及管理學(xué)。
人才層次包括頂尖人才、領(lǐng)軍人才、學(xué)科帶頭人與學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人,條件分別如下(以下所稱(chēng)“國(guó)家”是指中國(guó),“省”是指浙江省;“市”是指溫州市):
(一)頂尖人才:諾貝爾獎(jiǎng)、圖靈獎(jiǎng)、菲爾茨獎(jiǎng)、普利茲克獎(jiǎng)等國(guó)際大獎(jiǎng)的獲得者;國(guó)家最高科學(xué)技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)獲得者;中國(guó)科學(xué)院、中國(guó)工程院院士;美國(guó)、英國(guó)、德國(guó)、法國(guó)、日本、加拿大、澳大利亞、瑞典、俄羅斯等國(guó)家科學(xué)院院士或工程院院士;中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)院學(xué)部委員、榮譽(yù)學(xué)部委員;全國(guó)創(chuàng)新?tīng)?zhēng)先獎(jiǎng)獎(jiǎng)?wù)芦@得者;省“鯤鵬計(jì)劃”入選者;相當(dāng)于上述層次的頂尖人才;
(二)領(lǐng)軍人才:國(guó)家級(jí)引才計(jì)劃入選者;國(guó)家杰出青年基金獲得者;何梁何利科技獎(jiǎng)獲得者;中國(guó)青年科技獎(jiǎng)獲得者、中國(guó)青年女科學(xué)家獎(jiǎng)獲得者;中國(guó)政府“友誼獎(jiǎng)”獲得者;國(guó)家自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)、國(guó)家技術(shù)發(fā)明獎(jiǎng)、國(guó)家科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)獲得者(前三位完成人);意大利、丹麥、挪威、芬蘭、比利時(shí)、瑞士、奧地利、荷蘭、新西蘭、新加坡、韓國(guó)、西班牙、印度、烏克蘭、以色列等國(guó)家院士;全國(guó)創(chuàng)新?tīng)?zhēng)先獎(jiǎng)獎(jiǎng)狀獲得者;省特級(jí)專(zhuān)家;浙江科技大獎(jiǎng)獲得者;相當(dāng)于上述層次的領(lǐng)軍人才;

(三)待遇說(shuō)明
住房與購(gòu)房補(bǔ)貼只能選擇其一。住房一般為人才配售房,由學(xué)校按照相關(guān)配售規(guī)定協(xié)助申請(qǐng)并贈(zèng)送,超出提供面積的部分由引進(jìn)人才按照房屋產(chǎn)權(quán)交接時(shí)的市場(chǎng)價(jià)購(gòu)買(mǎi)。購(gòu)房補(bǔ)貼在首聘期內(nèi),學(xué)校視具體情況每年支付總額的10%-15%,在首聘期內(nèi)完成目標(biāo)任務(wù)并考核通過(guò)后,再一次性支付剩余購(gòu)房補(bǔ)貼。引進(jìn)人才在住房未解決或購(gòu)房補(bǔ)貼未全額撥付前,由學(xué)校提供住宿或自行租賃住房,房租報(bào)銷(xiāo)額度視具體情況確定。
四、招聘程序
(一)報(bào)名
自本公告發(fā)布之日起開(kāi)放報(bào)名,至引進(jìn)對(duì)應(yīng)人才后關(guān)閉。應(yīng)聘人員可將材料發(fā)至:talent@wku.edu.cn,郵件標(biāo)題注明:應(yīng)聘崗位+本人姓名+學(xué)位+畢業(yè)學(xué)校+所學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)+博士人才網(wǎng)。
材料包括但不限于:
1.個(gè)人基本情況和學(xué)習(xí)工作經(jīng)歷;
2.學(xué)歷、學(xué)位、專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)資格證書(shū)及原單位聘書(shū);
3.2-3份評(píng)議應(yīng)聘人員在本學(xué)科科研成果的同行推薦信或外部評(píng)審;推薦信不能來(lái)自應(yīng)聘人員的親屬、研究生導(dǎo)師、學(xué)生、以及共同作者;
4.科研項(xiàng)目、獲獎(jiǎng)及專(zhuān)利情況;
5.2-4篇代表性論文(著作)的全文及其刊載雜志封面、目錄;
6.SCI、EI、SSCI、CSSCI收錄及論文他引情況證明材料。
(二)審核與洽談
學(xué)校“創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)工作”領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組辦公室(以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)創(chuàng)新辦)牽頭成立相應(yīng)的遴選委員會(huì)對(duì)應(yīng)聘人員的相關(guān)材料進(jìn)行初審,分析能力水平,論證引進(jìn)必要性,并提交領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組復(fù)審?fù)夂,由?chuàng)新辦牽頭與擬引進(jìn)人才就待遇、工作目標(biāo)及考核方式等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行洽談,直至雙方商定同意。
(三)公示與聘用
對(duì)擬引進(jìn)人才進(jìn)行不少于5個(gè)工作日的公示。公示無(wú)異議的,辦理有關(guān)手續(xù),簽訂全職聘用合同或柔性引進(jìn)協(xié)議,首聘期一般為5年。引進(jìn)人才中保留或給予事業(yè)單位工作人員身份待遇的,報(bào)相關(guān)主管部門(mén)審批后辦理引進(jìn)手續(xù)。

●Further explanation
Talent could only choose one from Housing or housing subsidies. Housing is generally allocated for talents, and the part exceeding the area provided is purchased by the talents according to the market price at the time of real estate property right transfer. During the first employment period of five years, the university will pay 10% – 15% of the total amount every year according to the specific situation. After completing the target tasks and passing the assessment in the first employment period, the university will pay the remaining housing subsidy in one time. Before the talent owns his/her house or the subsidy for house purchase is not paid in full, the university shall provide accommodation, or him/her rents the house by himself/herself, and the amount of rent reimbursement shall be determined according to the specific situation.
5.Hiring procedure

●2-4 full text of the representative papers (works) with the cover and catalogue of the published magazines.
●Reports of papers indexed by SCI, EI, SSCI, CSSCI and cited.
●Screen and negotiation
the Office of The Leading Group of “Innovation and Entrepreneurship” will lead the material screening and establishment of the search committee to analyzes the ability of the candidate, demonstrates the necessity of the acquisition, and puts forward a preliminary acquisition package and negotiation with talent with the approval of Leading Group of “Innovation and Entrepreneurship” for review and approval, until both parties reach to agreement.
●Publicity of final adjudication and follow-up procedures
The proposed talents shall be publicized for at least 5 working days. If there is no objection in the publicity, relevant procedures shall be handled and employment agreement or contract (including full-time employment contract, double employment agreement, flexible acquisition agreement, etc.) shall be signed. The first employment period is generally 5 years. Those who retains or gives status treatment to the staff of institutions in the acquisition of talents shall report to the relevant competent department for approval before going through the acquisition procedures.
For those who are top talent, flexible talent or talent in urgent need, the procedure will take the principle as “simply and flexible” accordingly.
